Since we're a mobile service, our repair services are offered by appointment only. You can book your appointment by phone, text, or by using our online booking system. At the appointment time, our technician will make contact with you and briefly examine the device before returning to their vehicle to start the repair. Our technicians usually take between 30 and 45 minutes to complete the repair. During that time, you can get back to your day. When the repair is complete, our technician will make contact again for testing and payment (about 6 minutes). We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Cash App, email invoice, and PayPal.
No, not as long as the service address is inside one of our standard service areas.
Our standard service areas cover a 15-minute driving radius (about 10 miles) from the
downtown district of each city. Extended-travel service areas cover a 45-minute
driving radius from the downtown district of each city. A $39 surcharge is applied
to all extended-travel appointments.
Note: The extended-travel surcharge can be
avoided by meeting us inside the standard service area.
In most cases, the technician will reassemble the device and make contact with you to return the device and discuss possible next steps.
We warranty our repairs against part defects and installation errors for a period of 90 days after the repair appointment. Our warranty DOES NOT cover any damage after the repair.
